The system operates on the user's computer (desktop version) or on a VPS server (web version) that the user owns and operates.

All information collected by the system is stored exclusively on the user's computer or VPS server.

Ivin Dev does NOT maintain access to operational data such as sales, inventory, customer information, or configurations after installation unless specifically authorized for technical support.

Ivin Dev only collects:

Registration information (full name, email address, and contact number)
License information (license key, activation status)
Payment information (payment methods, invoice details, and license status)
Ivin Dev processes payment information through a payment gateway (PayPal or Stripe) and does NOT store payment details in our servers.
Ivin Dev stores license and registration information on our servers with end-to-end encryption using industry-standard practices

User data is processed for:

System operation and license verification
Security updates and software patches
Technical support (only with user permission)

The user is solely responsible for:

The security of the computer/VPS where the system is installed
Implementing proper firewalls, backups, and OS updates
Ensuring the security of local databases (SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Ivin Dev shares user data ONLY in exceptional cases:

To comply with legal orders or government requests
For technical support when the user explicitly consents

Users have the following rights:

Access to their registration, license, and payment information
Request deletion of Ivin Dev's records about them (does NOT affect local data)
Request corrections to personal or billing information

Ivin Dev employs security measures including:

SSL/TLS encryption for all license and payment data
Regular penetration testing
