Account Registration:

Listing Requirements:
- All vehicle information must be accurate and truthful
- Vehicle images must be recent and representative of the actual condition
- Pricing must be transparent and include all applicable fees
- Vehicle history must be disclosed when known
Vehicle Sales reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms or contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Vehicle Sales offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers:
- Basic Plan: Limited vehicle listings and basic features
- Professional Plan: Advanced features and increased listing limits
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited listings and premium support
Payment Terms:
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Listing stolen or illegally obtained vehicles
- Providing false or misleading vehicle information
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or scams
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
The Vehicle Sales platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vehicle Sales and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for vehicle transactions between users, vehicle condition claims, or any disputes arising from vehicle sales conducted through our platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vehicle Sales operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
