Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Ivin DMS system, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the system.
Data storage:
All information collected by the Ivin DMS System (sales, customers, settings, etc.) is stored exclusively on the user's computer or on the VPS hired by the client. Ivin Dev has no access or control over this data after installation, except in cases of explicitly authorized technical support.
Data collected by Ivin Dev:
Only the following is collected:
- Payment information (payment method, service status).
- License registration data (email, activation key).
- 1.The Software and its source code are the exclusive property of Jose Irving Salazar Rivas.
- 2.Exclusive use: The client acquires the right to install and use the Software.
- 3.Reproduction, modification, redistribution, or reverse engineering (decompilation) of the Software is not permitted.
The client will choose between:
- Desktop version: Installation on the local computer (Windows/Linux).
- Web version: Deployment on a VPS (server hired directly by the client).
• The Software is not hosted on Ivin Dev's servers.
• An internet connection is required to activate the license.
Client responsibility:
The client is responsible for the security of the devices or VPS where the Software is installed (operating system updates, antivirus, backups, etc.).
Technical support:
Ivin Dev offers technical support through authorized channels.
The license will be terminated if the client violates these terms or does not pay for the services.
Ivin Dev is not responsible for:
- Loss of data caused by client failures (not using backups, file corruption, etc.).
- Technical interruptions due to client errors in system configuration.
- Technical problems and/or difficulties with the VPS contracted by the client.
- Technical problems and/or technical difficulties in the client's device.
- Indirect consequences arising from the use of the Software.
Ivin Dev does not have access to clients' operational data unless necessary to provide technical support or resolve critical issues, when the user explicitly consents. The privacy and confidentiality of client data are a priority.
